Saltdean Lido
Our classes at Saltdean Lido take place in the fabulous, spacious ballroom - a bright and welcoming space designed to make your class experience comfortable and enjoyable. The ballroom has a wooden floor, air conitioning and a stage are, making it easy to see your instructor throughout the session. The venue is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift or stairs.
Saltdean Lido also offers a range of facilities on site, including a cafe, beautiful toilets and accessible facilities. Its location also gives you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, beach and cliff walks before or after your class.
Parking
Free parking is available for up to 2 hours. Please enter your car registration at the front desk. The car park is located immediately opposite the venue on Saltdean Park Road.
Public Transport
Saltdean Lido can be accessed easily by bus from both the Brighton and Newhaven direction.
From the Brighton direction: Brighton & Hove Buses routes: 12, 13X, 14, 23 and 27.
From the Newhaven direction: Brighton & Hove Buses routes: 12, 13X and 14.
Accessibility
The Saltdean Lido ballroom is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible via a ramp and lift. Accessible toilets are also available.
Facilities
Saltdean Lido offers a range of facilities on site, making it a great place to visit before or after your Active Life Fusion class.
The venue includes a cafe, beautiful toilets, an outdoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as easy access to the beach and cliff walks. The Lido also offers its own range of activities and additional classes.
Please note: These facilities, activities and additional classes are provided by Saltdean Lido and are separate from Active Life Fusion. Any use of the Lido's facilities is subject to the venue's own availability, terms and conditions.
Important Information
Active Life Fusion classes are held at Saltdean Lido, where we hire the ballroom space for our sessions. Please note that Active Life Fusion is separate from Saltdean Lido and its other facilities and services. The swimming pool, sauna, gym and any additional classes or activities offered by Saltdean Lido are operated separately by the venue.
Please follow any venue specific instructions when arriving and allow yourself enough time to park, register your vehicle if required and make your way to the class space.
